If you are over 15, out of work and struggling, we can offer a range of support to help you to take control, feel better and look ahead.
We can offer support for up to 10-weeks, helping you to take small steps to build motivation, increase your independence and confidence and reduce barriers to employment, education and training.
We can help you set goals and learn new techniques:
- 1 to 1 support to help tackle barriers on a personal level by:
- Building confidence and aspirations.
- Talking about feeling and emotions.
- Taking control of a chaotic lifestyles.
- Developing coping strategies.
- Improving personal health and wellbeing.
- Managing negative relationships.
- Reducing risk of harm, self-harm, neglect and suicidal thoughts.
